Terms of Sale

Purchaser agrees to the following conditions of sale:

This cat is purchase for : Breeding /Pet
If purchased as a pet, purchaser agrees to neuter or spay this cat between the ages of eight weeks and six months after birth or within thirty days after purchase if this is an adult breeding cat. And agrees and guarantees that this cat will not be used for stud or breeding purposes.

Seller agrees to provide veterinarian papers proving spaying and or neutering of cat. If not done purchaser owes seller breeders price.

Health Guarantee: The Purchaser is receiving a healthy cat / kitten, free of internal and external parasites and infectious deceases or life threatening congenital defects. Said cat has been wormed and vaccinated with Kill Fel-O-Ceel 3 (vaccinate with Kill only ).

Purchaser must have his/her own veterinarian inspect said cat within two (2) working days of purchase and if there are any sign of illness is shown, purchaser must contact breeder who may at her / his option return the Cat /Kitten for replacement if available then or later. The breeder reserves that right for a second vet opinion by veterinarian of choice in which case the breeder will pay all reasonable costs. If a veterinarian other than breeders choice institutes any treatment or administers any further vaccinations this guaranty is null and void. Said cat/kitten will not be guarantied if de clawed.
